Animals suffer from back, neck, pelvic and musculoskeletal problems just as we do. These problems can benefit from McTimoney treatment to improve performance, comfort and quality of life. The McTimoney technique was developed in the 1950s and adapted for use on animals.

It is a gentle and non-invasive physical therapy which aligns and balances the animal's musculoskeletal system. By identifying problem areas and manipulating any misaligned joints throughout the whole body, with special attention to the spine and pelvis. McTimoney treatment is gentle, painless and effective in helping both to restore and maintain health, soundness and performance.

The treatment is also a valuable part of rehabilitation programmes following long term lameness or surgery.
